1Forty’s Grime stalwart 9TRANE has been part of the Label since Day 1. Laying down his statement of intent with the lead track ‘Compute Riddim’ Ft Killa P & Badness on the debut release when the Label arm was formed - 1FGRM001. The success of this record was followed up with ‘Assault’ on 1FGRM002 and a Free Download ‘Appletize’ which made ripples throughout the scene. Toddla T latched onto the Norwich talent and has since gainined regular support on his show on BBC Radio 1. Soon hooked on making UK Funky, his collab with 1Fortys other key member Arridim followed, this was one of the biggest releases on 1Forty for the duo. ‘Plazma’ was part of the 1FFNG002 Release which hit #1 on Juno and due to the success ‘Plazma VIP’ dropped on 2 Years Of 1Forty in 2019 before making his return to the GRM release 18 months later on 1FGRM004, with his long overdue collaboration with Fork And Knife - ‘Check It’.

Amongst a number of 1Forty Releases, he has gone on to perform as part of the 1Forty Takeovers across the country at the likes of El Dorado Festival, Sundown Festival and Canal Mills, as well as stepping up for the 1Forty Takeover with Marcus Nasty on Rinse FM alongside Killjoy & Arridim.
