K-Minor

Based in North West London, K-Minor started producing in 2013. Although playing instruments from a young age of 8 including piano and guitar gave her a real understanding for music theory. Having also hosted workshops for Native Instruments and Red Bull on electronic music production. Since taking up producing more seriously since then she has been self releasing her own UK Garage music with support coming from DJ Cartier, Mike Delinquent, Marcus Nasty as well as a feature from Complex UK.

When planning the ‘Females Of 1Forty’ project it was the Prince of UKG himself Conducta who recommended K-Minor for this release after coming up short on our hunt for a female UKG producer. Her good friend 3Will offered up some ad-libs and vocal stabs to contribute to the finished article and it did not dissapoint. ‘I’ve Been Thinking’ received a world exclusive play on 1Xtra with Jeremiah Asiamah and featured in Red Bulls ‘7 fresh UK Garage tracks proving the genre is in rude form in 2018’ article.
